Kelly Sports has a comprehensive training programme that equips all of our coaches with the skills they need in order to deliver a successful session. Being outside and working with children requires a whole range of skills such as knowing how to gain children’s attention both quickly and efficiently, being able to teach in a way that is fun and learning how to communicate to make sure that children can understand instructions first time round.
